Sales and Service Policies
BIG BEE BEE LLC firearms are designed and built to order. We mill, engrave and cerakote the lower receiver/frame in house. We no longer offer anodizing services. The customer has two choices from here:
-We transfer the receiver/frame to you. You return the receiver/frame with parts and we will complete the build and apply the gunsmithing rates.
-We transfer the receiver/frame to you and you complete the build yourself.
-In either case, we can order the parts for you, but due to there being a vast variety of manufacturers and styles, you will need to be specific with your requests. We will assist where we can but we are not mind readers and do not know your taste/style.
BIG BEE BEE LLC will not guarantee the accuracy of rifles manufactured and/or assembled from customer-supplied parts. Customer-supplied parts will be installed at our standard hourly gunsmithing rate.
Payments, Refunds, and Fees
The following fees will be charged for cancelled orders, and bad checks:
- Special-order firearm or group buy: 100% of the firearm's price, nonrefundable.
- Custom Builds: pay the full price up front as well as receiving FFL information (if out of state).
-Wood carvings, laser engravings, decals, T shirts and jewelry will be paid up front to include shipping.
-For custom designs (designs we have to make from scratch) there will be a $25 non refundable fee. We will work with you to ensure the design is right and will redo it as many times as necessary. Please understand that designing takes time and previous requests for designs without purchase has made it necessary to attempt to reimburse us for our time working on a design that potential customers did not intend to purchase.
- NSF check fee is $35.
-All invoices not paid within 30 days will be considered canceled. After 30 days if you still desire to have a custom item from us we will add an additional 20% to the total price for the product we took off the shelf instead of sold as well as wasted labor hours.
-Credit card payments will be charged 3% lost cash discount fee.
-Firearms training: Cancellation over 48 hours will receive a refund or rescheduled at the request of the customer. Under 48 hours prior to start of the course is not refundable.
-Layaways: Cancelled orders on a layaway item will be refunded if within 30 days of contract, less 30% restocking fee, layaway fee and any late fees.
We offer layaways on any items over $100 (prior to all taxes and fees) to customers in good standing. Layaways will only be valid for 90 days. in order to put an item on layaway, 50% deposit plus the $15 layaway fee must be paid up front. There is no penalty to early pay off. Late fees will be $15 per occurrence. After 7 days of being late, the contract will be considered cancelled due to failure to pay, and all funds will be forfeited. If layaway is cancelled within 30 days by the buyer, we will retain 30% restocking fee, layaway fee and any late fees before refunding the remaining balance.
Firearms training such as concealed carry classes is offered, and will be paid for either in person or through USCCA where the class roster is managed. We can accept in person payments as well, but the student will not be added to the roster until payment is made. Seats are limited. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of training will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled. Communication is the key, as early as possible so I can attempt to fill the vacant seat.
Class III/NFA Sales
All class III/NFA sales must be paid in full prior to processing any paperwork for transfer/ownership. Due to long wait times, all denied or refused applications by the ATF will result in a loss of 30% restocking fee and the remaining 70% will be refunded. Resubmissions will be done at no extra charge (for anything denied for administrative reasons).
We also assist with trusts.
Gun Broker Customers
-Gunbroker bids won from one of the restrictive states will not be honored and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if a winning bid from a person of a restrictive state wins. Please know your states laws.
-Lost cash discounts will not be refunded.
-Gun broker fees will be deducted then the restocking fee will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded.
-The full cost of any shipping will be refunded unless an item was already shipped and then returned.
Custom orders will not be shipped until the customer approves the work done to avoid returns.
-Custom orders will incur a nonrefundable design fee for designs that we make in house per your specification.
-No design fee will be applied to any of our designs already on hand.
-No design fee will be applied for multiple orders of the same design. If you had us complete a design in the past, we still have that design and will not charge a new fee unless you want to make changes to it.
-Once the design fee is paid, we work on that design until you approve and are happy with it. We will even provide test runs so you can see what it will look like.
-Design fees can be found with the product you are requesting. See our products for more information.
-Designs modified or created by Big Bee Bee LLC become the sole property of Big Bee Bee LLC. We will exercise professional discretion and not sell designs such as logos, personal pictures (tattoos, photos etc.) without the expressed consent of who the original owner.
-We use only American made products for our custom orders. If the desire is to apply one of our designs to a customer supplied item, we will only do so if the item is American made. Nothing made in China will be accepted. We are a veteran owned, American company and we support our country!
-Custom built firearms will be held for three weeks. Once three weeks has passed and you have not picked up your firearm, we will start charging a weekly storage fee of $20 (twenty dollars) per week. Once the storage fees have exceeded the cost of the firearm, we will then attempt to sell the firearm. No refunds will be issued.
-We will call when the custom built firearm is complete, the three weeks will start at that time. No further communication is necessary, and any such subsequent notifications are out of kindness, not necessity.
No refunds will be issued if a custom order is cancelled. Design fees are nonrefundable.
ALL AMMUNITION/FIREARM/USED PARTS/CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL-you approve them before we ship them, if there are issues they need to be addressed at that time. If in any case that all custom orders are approved through every step of the process, but then you are not entirely happy with the custom work, we will charge regular gunsmith hours and/or other service fees to the price to fix the areas that were previously approved. The only exception is if it were the fault of our own. In other words, if you approve the build, and every step along the way and then tell us there is an issue after the build is complete, we will charge you to fix it. We only did what you approved us to do in the first place.
BIG BEE BEE LLC is not a bank. While we can do payment plans (layaway), but we do not ship or start custom projects until we have been paid in full. Custom builds will not be started until we have been paid in full. No part of this payment will be refundable if you decide you change you mind. Your payments are a contract to us that you fully intend to fulfill your obligation for products and services. All unpaid monies will no longer be owed, all monies paid will be put towards the labor expended getting the project in motion.
For customers wanting to get a custom build completed for someone else, ensure that person is not prohibited in any way to own a firearm. The intended person that will possess the firearm is the only person that will complete the form 4473 and required background check. The intended person will also be the only one to authorize any changes to the firearm, regardless of who pays for the firearm. This will alleviate me from taking direction from multiple people or having the buyer hijack the customization intended for another person (it has happened or it wouldn't be part of my policy).
BIG BEE BEE LLC is happy to transfer your firearm to you from an out of state seller. We will accept shipments from both FFL's and non-licensees. We do not provide a copy of our FFL to non-licensees as they can verify our license using the ATF's FFL EzCheck, enter 1-64-xxx-xx-xx-05246. We do require non-licensees include a copy of their driver's license so that we can accurately record in our bound book the source of the firearm and keep our ATF compliance inspector happy. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO AN FFL HOLDER. NFA/class III items must be transferred to an FFL with a current SOT.
Firearms shipped from out of state for transfer will be held for two weeks. Once two weeks has passed and you have not picked up your firearm, we will start charging a weekly storage fee of $20 (twenty dollars) per week. Once the storage fees have exceeded 50% of the firearm's value we will sell the firearm.
If the FBI NICS denies the transfer, the buyer has several choices:
- We will hold the firearm while the buyer appeals the denial. If the buyer files the appeal within 30 days of the denial, no storage fees will accrue as we will not penalize buyers for the government's delays. If the buyer does not file the appeal within 30 days we will charge a storage fee of $10 (ten dollars) per week to store the firearm. Once the storage fees have exceeded 50% of the firearm's value we will sell the firearm at a reduced cost, deduct our storage fees, and return the remainder to the buyer.
- Arrange with the seller for the return of the firearm and pay us for return shipping.
All firearms will be shipped to an FFL only. Prior to any firearms being shipped you must contact your FFL and have them send a copy of their license to email@example.com
The Federal Government and several states have enacted gun control laws that restrict the public from owning and possessing certain types of firearms. Law-enforcement agencies are typically exempt from these restrictions. BIG BEE BEE LLC does not recognize law-enforcement exemptions to local, state, and federal gun control laws. If a product that we manufacture is not legal for a private citizen to own in a jurisdiction, we will not sell that product to a law-enforcement agency in that jurisdiction.
BIG BEE BEE LLC will not sell anything to the following local government agencies until their firearm and/or magazine restrictions have been repealed:

Before ordering from us, please know your states laws. We are not responsible for transfers being sent back due to the legal nature of the state. We are not an expert on all states laws. Items sent back to us will be at the customers expense, no refunds will be issued for custom work.
All products that we manufacture are available to our military customers that don’t reside in restrictive States.

BY ACCESSING OR BROWSING THE SITE, REGISTERING OR USING THE SERVICES AVAILABLE AT THE SITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND — USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY, AS MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME BY US.
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice to you, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy. 1. The Types of Information We Collect.
We collect several types of information on our Site. We collect “Personal Information”, which generally speaking is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, age, mailing and email addresses, phone number, and other information that permits us to contact you at a physical location or online. We also collect information about you that does not itself identify you individually and aggregate information, which is information about use of our Site, such as pages visited on our Site. The information we collect depends on what services and features you use on our Site.
Registration and Transactional Data
When you register on our Site, you are required to submit an email address, password, and additional Personal Information. We also collect and store access information related to your account.
The combination of your user name and your password is the key to your account at our Site. We recommend that you use a unique combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to create your password. You are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. You should not disclose your password to anyone. If you decide to share your password or lose control of your password, you may jeopardize the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information. Moreover, you may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. We may also track and retain the details of all transactions and communications you have with dealers and other users on our Site such as emails, feedback, ratings, sale and purchase of products or services, and any other forms of communications. In addition, our Site contains applications to enable you to connect to and from social networking sites and we may collect information about you and your business from such social networking sites in order to provide you with a more personalized experience. We may use and display your name when you send an email or other communication through our Site to users of the Site.
Sharing / Referral
If a visitor elects to share our Site with a friend or use any other types of referral service available at the Site for informing a friend about our Site, we ask for the friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting the friend to visit the Site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email (and tracking the success of our sharing and referral programs). You and the friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the removal of this information from our database. When you request the removal of such information from our database, we will remove it within a reasonable time.
Interactive Community Features
Our Site may have consumer review postings, chat rooms, discussion boards, online forums and other interactive technologies that allow individual comments and messages to be tied to a visitor’s name or email address. Any information you post in these forums is public information and we cannot control what uses third parties may make of personal information you share in these forums.
Contact Us Information and Feedback
We may collect information that identifies you personally when you submit comments, questions, or suggestions to us or to the Site using the Contact Us form or by email, including attached files in an email sent to us. We may also track and retain the details of all transactions and communications you have with other users such as emails, feedback, ratings, sale and purchase of products or services, and any other forms of communications.
Any comments and any emails we receive from you immediately become our property subject to the terms of this Policy and the Site Terms.
If you use our Site for purchases or financial transactions, for example making purchases, we collect information related to the purchase or transaction. This information includes your payment method (credit card or debit card number, account and authentication information), billing information, shipping and delivery details.
Cookies & Tracking Codes
Cookies are small files that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer, mobile phone, or other device. Other tracking codes include pixel tags (also knowns as GIFs, or web beacons) that are small blocks of code on a webpage or app that allow cookies to be read and placed and to transmit information to us. Pixel tags may collect the IP address of the computer or device that the pixel tags are sent to, the URL of the page the pixel tag comes from and the time it was viewed and can also be linked to Personal Information. For example, advertising networks use pixel tags to add information to a personal profile of what sites a person is visiting and to determine what banner ads to display based on the profile. You can remove or block cookies using the setting in your browser, but in some cases that may impact your ability to use our Site.
Transactions & Communications With Third Parties. We may track, collect, and retain the details of transactions and communications you have with other users such as emails, feedback, ratings, sale and purchase of products or services, and any other forms of communication. In addition, our Site contains applications to enable you to connect to and from social networking sites and we may collect information about you and your business from such social networking sites in order to provide you with a more personalized experience. We may use and display your name when you send an email or other communication through our Site to our registered users.
2. How We Use and Share Information.
Provide our Services
We use Personal Information to provide you with the services and features available at the Site, to respond to requests that you initiate at the Site, to process orders and facilitate any transactions that you may initiate at the Site, and to communicate with you. When we have location information, we use it to tailor our services for you.
We share your Personal Information to facilitate transactions at the Site, for example when you purchase product from dealers at the Site. We share your information with certain third-party service providers to perform the services and facilitate transactions initiated at the Site, for example shipping companies and payment processing firms.
Internal Analysis and Promotions.
We may use Personal Information, non-personal and aggregate information to evaluate and improve our products and services, and for our own internal statistical, design, operational purposes, for example to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic, customer interest, purchasing and other trends among our visitors, dealers, and customers. We transfer information to dealers that are on the Site and to vendors and service providers who provide technical infrastructure services, deliver ads and other content, analyze our services and measure the effectiveness of our ads and services.
We may use third party software that tracks traffic directed to our Site from affiliate websites and the purchases that result from this traffic. This information is aggregated and is not tied to an individual purchase or person.
We may also use your Personal Information for the marketing and/or promotion of our products or services. We may outsource all of the tasks described in this Policy to third parties on a confidential basis. If you do not want to receive promotional materials from us or third parties to whom we outsource certain tasks, email us to change your preferences.
From time-to-time we may invite you to participate in surveys on our Site. Participation in these requests is completely voluntary and with each request you will have the choice of whether or not to disclose information. Such survey information will be used to improve the overall experience of visiting the Site. No compensation will be provided should you choose to participate.
If you provide us with feedback, we will collect that information and we may use it in our marketing materials, post it on our Site or disclose it for any purpose we choose. Your Personal Information will not be disclosed or associated with any feedback that we use or disclose unless you have given us permission to use your Personal Information for this purpose. We use computer and device information for marketing purposes, to examine traffic to the Site, identify any misuse of the Site, and improve the Site to provide you a better experience.
Co-Branded Service Offerings
We may share Personal Information with certain affiliated businesses or businesses with whom we have formed a strategic alliance. If you do not want to have your Personal Information shared with these businesses email us at email@example.com.
Third Party Offers
We may arrange to have marketing and promotional information of other companies sent to you that we think might be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive these materials, email us.
We may disclose Personal Information, non-personal information, and aggregate information:
(a) to comply with the law, cooperate and respond to requests and claims or comply with legal process served on us (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order);

Information collected through our Site is considered our trade secret or proprietary information. As the owner of such information, we may disclose or sell such information as an asset of the company in conjunction with the sale to a third party of our company or a portion of our assets.
3. How You Can Manage Your Information
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In that case, you can still visit and browse the Site subject to the Site Terms; however, you will not have access to or receive the benefits conferred upon registered users of our Site. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from our affiliates email us. Despite your election to opt-out, we may send you emails or contact you by other means regarding your account, transactions, and your activities on our Site.
Your account settings allow you to manage your content and information. You can log into your account and change or delete your privacy preferences for the Site. At any time, you can elect to receive or stop receiving information from us or any third party as described by this Policy. If you receive email communications from our Site, you may use the unsubscribe link contained in the email.

Please be aware that we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous sales and purchases for financial reporting and compliance reasons.

Please note that these websites’ privacy policies may differ from our Policy. 4. What Else Should You Know About Our Privacy Practices
We will not collect information from children under age 18. Our Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that a person under the age of 18 has submitted personally identifiable information to us, we will delete that information from our Site. If you believe that we might have information from or about a person under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.
We are committed to protecting your Personal Information. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store, maintain and secure Personal Information to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction by any unauthorized party. When you login at the Site with your user name and password and when you make purchases at the Site, we employ industry standard encryption. Because the Internet is a public and open facility, network security measures are not infallible and third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communication and no security measures can guarantee complete confidentiality under all circumstances. To help preserve your confidentiality, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password.
